I would highly recommend the Ion Cleanse for everyone. I couldn't believe the disgusting things that came out of my feet. I couldn't believe all the impurities that were in my body. I want to get all the impurities out of my body as soon as possible. I realize that that it's an ongoing process for cleansing because of all the impurities that enter my body from the food I eat, the water I drink, and even the air I breathe. I wish I didn't have to go through this process, but in the world we live in, the Ion Cleanse is a necessary evil.
